Man attempts Post Office robbery armed with knife

first_imgUpdated 22:17A MAN HAS been arrested following an attempted Post Office robbery on Collins Avenue in Dublin.At 3.30pm a lone male entered the Post Office, which is located in a shop, on Collins Avenue and demanded cash. He was armed with what was described as a knife.The man, who is in his 40s, left the scene empty handed in the direction of Swords Road.
